Water based injection molding
Ceramic material is mixed with polysaccharides to form a feedstock..
This material can then be injected into a mold using traditional plastic injection molding machines.
If required, parts can be machined in the green form before sintering.
Part debinding ( removal of the binding material ) is not required except for very large parts.
After sintering, if extremely close tolerances are required, diamond tooling or ultrasonic machining will be required.
