1. Coveralls, clip board, inspection forms.

2. Graphs and note paper, tape measure.

3. Hard hat. Do not enter area requiring a hard hat without proper head covering.

4. Safety shoes, glasses, ear plugs

5. Flashlight

6. Camera

7. Pitot tube for water flow tests.

8. Reference books

9. List of special hazards commonly found in the type of occupancy being inspected.

10. Copy of previous inspection reports.

11. Personal identification.
