Firehouse presents the Cancer Awareness & Prevention supplement, which shares information about some of the ongoing research and projects that seek to heighten the awareness of cancer in the fire service, and also the preventative measures to enhance firefighter safety. Survivors share their experiences with cancer and offer advice as to how firefighters can better protect themselves from the disease.
