Wax based low pressure injection molding
Ceramic material is mixed with polymers or waxes to form a feedstock.
This material can then be injected into an aluminum mold using a low pressure injection molding machine.
After parts are ejected from the mold, they have to go through a debinding process to remove most of the wax.
After sintering, diamond tooling or ultrasonic machining will be required to complete tolerances or shapes that cannot be incorporated into the mold.
